Gruppo Piccini S.A. is the Cameroonian affiliated Company of Gruppo Piccini S.p.A., the leading Italian construction group. Gruppo Piccini S.A. was created in Yaoundé in January 2016, following the attribution of the design and construction works of the Olembe Sports Complex which covers an area of 34 hectares in Olembe, a district located thirteen kilometers from Yaounde. The Olembe Sports Complex is composed of the Paul Biya Football Stadium, with a capacity of 60,000 seats, which will be inaugurated during the 2019 African Cup of Nations (CAN), a 5-star hotel with 70 rooms, a shopping center , two annex stadiums, a gymnasium with a capacity of 2000 seats, a multiplex cinema, an Olympic swimming pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.
